Transparent CallLoop pricing, side-by-side with GHL, Synthflow, and Bland. What's included vs. what you pay per minute, how fast you go live, and what happens when you exceed your plan — all of it, in plain language.
CallLoop charges $0.13 per minute of voice on top of a flat $149 / mo platform fee — the rate is the same across every tier and is published on the /pricing page. GHL, Synthflow, and Bland all bury the rate behind a sales call or an annual bundle. We can't quote their numbers because they don't publish them, and we'd rather you call them, get their actual quote, and compare it line-by-line to ours. Most teams find that "contact sales" is where the negotiation penalty lives — CallLoop's bill is the same whether you go through a rep or self-serve. Side-by-sides are at /vs/bland, /vs/synthflow, and /vs/ghl.
Usually, yes — but the headline rate isn't the whole story. Most AI voice platforms price by stacking a per-minute voice fee on top of a seat, platform, or implementation fee, and many hide the per-minute number behind a "contact sales" gate. CallLoop is one rate, one flat fee, one invoice. For a 2,000 minute / month team on Growth, the math is $149 fee + $0 overage = $149 total. The same math against a quote-only vendor has historically come out 30–60% higher once the implementation fee and minimum commit are netted in. If you have a real quote from a competitor that beats ours, send it over.
Each tier ships with a flat number of voice minutes that roll into the $149 / mo fee — usage past the included bucket is metered at the same $0.13/min, no markup. Starter: 500 minutes / mo, 1 active campaign. Growth: 2,000 minutes / mo, up to 5 active campaigns. Scale: 6,000 minutes / mo, unlimited campaigns. Full breakdown is on the /pricing page, including the interactive cost calculator.
Counts toward minutes: connected live conversations (the time the prospect and the agent are actually talking), and the ringing window before a human picks up or before the call drops. Does NOT count: voicemails left by the agent (we hang up the moment we hit voicemail — that's free), disconnected calls before ringing, internal warm-up time, transfers to a closer that fail to connect, and any minute spent in our dashboard while the campaign is paused. You only pay for minutes a real prospect heard.
Yes. The full outbound stack — AI-personalized email sequences (initial + 2 follow-ups), live transfer to a closer, and standard CRM hooks — is bundled into the $149 / mo platform fee on every tier. There are no add-ons, no per-seat charges, and no per-email tracking send fees. The only usage-based charge is voice minutes.
CallLoop is live in under 24 hours from signup. Upload your prospect list, pick or paste a script, and start dialing. There is no implementation fee and no required onboarding call — although we offer one free if you want a CallLoop engineer to set up your first campaign live. Bland runs an enterprise onboarding window on annual contracts — typically 2–6 weeks. Synthflow charges an onboarding fee and schedules a kickoff. GHL is bundled into a larger annual subscription with its own setup curve. Side-by-sides: /vs/bland, /vs/synthflow, /vs/ghl.
No. The default path is self-serve: signup, upload list, paste script, dial. A sandbox campaign is provisioned automatically when you create your account. If you want a closer setup — multi-branch scripts, lead routing, CRM sync — book a 30-minute setup call with a CallLoop engineer, no charge, included on every tier.
Overage is metered at the same $0.13 per minute — no markup, no upcharge tier, no "premium voice" doubling. It lands on the same monthly invoice as the platform fee. You will not receive a surprise annual true-up or a sales rep calling mid-month to upsell you to a higher tier. The dashboard shows real-time usage, so a runaway campaign can't cost you anything unexpected before you notice it. Tier details are on /pricing.
Yes on all three. CallLoop is month-to-month with no annual commit. Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing from the day you switch. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing cycle — and you keep using the higher tier until then. There is no early-termination fee.
Yes — a 7-day trial on your real prospect list, no card required. We provision a sandbox campaign and you can compare CallLoop's voice quality and conversion side-by-side against whatever you're using today. Trial signup is on the /pricing page.
You keep full export rights at every tier, including post-cancellation. Prospect lists, call logs, transcripts, summaries, and bookings are downloadable as CSV for 90 days after the account closes, then purged. Email sequences already in flight finish their scheduled sends before the account is fully closed.
No. Your prospect list, call recordings, and transcripts are yours — never shared, never sold, and never used to train models. Carrier-grade voice providers sit downstream of CallLoop, not upstream of your data.
Sign up, pick your agent, drop in your prospect list, and you're live — most teams are dialing in under 10 minutes.
